ordered pizza, wings, cheese bread, and game card. the cashier repeated back what was ordered. 45 minutes later and we were all... starving, pizza and bread were ready. no wings. looking at the receipt, no wings. we get it - this is kids place and it getsbusy. Children can have lots of fun buuuuut; I just hope they don't do it on purpose; I really don't want to think like that, I don't... want to misjudgment! ( I have always thought that Chuck E Cheese it's a serious Company) I remember taken my own kids when theywere little and never felt this way. Now I'm taken my grandson after so many years; I took him myself for the first time on the8th and 9th of October, just recently! I like to purchase the best, well at least I try. So my issue is that a lot of the gamesdon't work properly; so I got annoying to be looking for a worker to give us credit, so I just let go and try to have fun withmy grandson. I've purchased the bracelet for him with a good amount of money and within 20 minutes or so; we had "0" credit.Because of the malfunction of the games!!!!! I tried to tell the workers on Saturday but no luck. We were back on Sunday; I justwanted to pleased my grandson; he wanted go back. And same problem. Just wanted to let you all know! My son and I are becoming regulars and though the girls know us I still love how they take the extra safety precaution and check... our number to be sure it matches before we leave. On Saturday 09/17 I ordered stuffed crust pizza for the first time and it'sthe best stuffed crust I've had from anywhere. Being that we're becoming regulars I got a souvenir cup for myself since my sonalready has one and I love the free refills instead of buying a drink everytime we go. Wow! I havent been to a chuck e cheese in a few years and I was blown away! I remember it being dirty, dingy, and a little bit... scary to let my little ones run around. Now it's like a D&B for little kids! The games were better and newer (and all working),the food was a lot better than I last remebered, and the overall atmosphere was cleaner, more energetic, and fun! Can't wait totake the family back! We went for my nephew's 9 year old birthday and my 7 year old said he wants his birthday there now. Also, my 9 year old and 2 year old had a blast. There was an interactive dance floor and my little one cut a serious rug withchuck e cheese multiple times while we were there. Read more
