My visit was unsatisfying,no greeting,no smiles,no customer service,had to say,,I am ready to order,to get any one to... acknowledge me, mistakes were being made to our order as I explained how I wanted our meal prepared,I asked to repeat the orderto get it done right,even when our order was done it was wrong,food was blane,skimpy on ingredients, including onionrings,drinks had problem with carbonation causing terrible taste,when asking for corrections to food or drinks, retaliation wasobserved,having to wait 10 minutes to get corrected,and attitude came with it,water on floor yet no wet sign to warn you of sliphazard,there was no other customers there yet employees were on break on cellphone, quality to food and customer service,sanitary, safety and enjoying atmosphere is a must for me to return to that Dairy Queen. Cons: They were still offering the Cheese Dude Sandwich & Cheesy Steak fingers, but were NO LONGER selling them...so BAD... Miscommunication on their PART! Also, they were out of ice & someone needs to train the girl on how to make Ice Cream conesbecause on most orders including mines, they all were Lopsided & looked like they were sliding off or TILTED when made, &another thing Idk what's going on w/your tacos but they SMELL & TASTE weird (as if some meds or SOMETHING was sprayed in them!
