Had the General J's tofu with brown rice. The tofu was deliciously crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Just a slight... hint of spice with the sauce. Delicious food. We love this restaurant! The cuisine, the service, the atmosphere.... It is all phenomenal! Everytime my children and... grandchildren come to visit from Houston and Austin, Hu Dat Noodle House is automatically a "must-do go-to". Food is usually so great. Crab Rangoons are the best I?ve ever had. I like getting the Bun Combo but this past time I was very... disappointed because my beef was so burnt. When they brought the bowl to my table you can smell the burntness as they wereplacing it on the table. It was rough. The taste was even worse.
