Terrible service. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate a night out with group of friends when you are parents. This place... really ruined our night. Edit to respond.. I literally had 1 beer. So buyers beware, DO NOT laugh and appear to be having agood time with your friends at a comedy show at this place.. you will get cut off. So ridiculous. Read more
Went to eat as Southside location. Walked in to get seated. Was told their was a 30-45 minute wait. As our party of 5 noticed... they had over 10 tables on each side available. Total of 20 tables empty. We were told we could not sit in the bar area becausewe had a 3 year old with us, yet they had a family of 3 seated eating in the bar area with a teenager. Then we asked why wehaven?t been seated in the kid/regular area they stated it was because of a party. Once the party arrived they only took up 3tables. Which left the place with 7 tables available and we still had not been seated. We spoke to Raphael who was a waiter onthe floor and sat us immediately in his section. We give Raphael a 5 star rating! He was a awesome waiter. As far as the restof the staff, no one helped us at all! The 2 girls working the front rolled their eyes at us when we were seated before they satus.
