Black listed me when i complained about labor hours charged Guy was in my kitchen for an hour doing the actual job And another... 30 minutes when they first came out to get measurements and then the rest of the time outside in the van for another hour beforehe left when he finished in the kitchen? Surprised to find a 3.5 hr charge of over 700$ to change out (2)burner gas valves mindyou almost the cost of a new grill After i complained the Owner called me and settled on a lower price point when i stated myproblem with the bill and okay problem fixed and was happy to give them another try But then 3 months down the road was havingissues with my cheese salamander tried calling in a service call and get emailed that i have been black listed to be servicedbecause i was unsatisfactory with them ??.
