If zero stars was possible, this place wouldn?t even get that. They are never prepared for customers. For the second time in two... weeks, there was either no cook or no fryers working. There was going to be a 15 to 30 minute wait for anything. The employeeswere dressed in gym shorts that were barely past their butts. We don't have a local KFC so we drove an hour to the location in Corsicana. We stepped to the counter to order a 12 piece... Original recipe and were told nope, they have to "watch their chicken." Huh? She said she had one case of chicken for the wholeweek. We were surprised. Is this a chicken place? Then she said wait, I can do it. Then she left and we never saw heragain. After a few more minutes of waiting, a young male employee walked by, eating behind the counter, in front of customers.Not cool. Another few minutes goes by and the drive-thru lady thankfully came out and asked what I wanted. My chicken,please. She filled our order but it was old extra chewy leather coated in what seemed like burned or heat-lamp baked extracrispy junk that literally couldn't be eaten nor enjoyed. And they charged us $5 more for a 12 piece ($34.99) than the KFCwebsite price. They told me they're a franchise so they charge more. Wow. When I say it was a really rotten experience, that'sactually an understatement. Unless something changes fast at this restaurant, it might be doomed.
