So I walk in, 8 months pregnant, looking for a better experience than the Starbucks across the street at Safeway. And to my... surprise, that didn't happen. I ordered a medium iced tea with half black tea, half Hibiscus tea so reduce the amount ofcaffeine and order a bacon egg white sandwich. When I ordered the sandwich, the woman at the at the register on August 4tharound 2:15pm, said she didn't know what sandwich I was talking about. I asked if she had the egg white sandwich in stock andshe said she "needed" me to "point" to the sandwich or "say the whole name correctly...." How snarky. She rings me up, chargesmy card and goes to look for a sandwich. Comes back saying they're out of the sandwich "what other one do I want." Right. So allthe trouble with not understanding what the egg white sandwich was, making me walk back to point it out, and then making me "saythe whole name" and you couldn't be bothered to list off the options you DO have before giving a customer the run around.
