Ive been a daily Starbucks drinker since it opened. Every year the place continues to decline. It takes FOREVER to get through... the drive thru line. I began ordering ahead and going in to get my order to avoid this half hr to 45 min wait, which worked welluntil the location was constantly locking the inside door forcing everyone through the drive thru. It now takes literally 45mins at the very least to pick up my drink that I?ve already ordered and paid for before leaving my house. Why is the drive thruso slow?
