I chose it for the abundance of parking but quickly regretted my choice. The building is super run down with one working... electric outlet. Great coffee, friendly staff, easily accessible location in downtown Corvallis. Although there are plenty of seating tables and... chairs, this place is usually crowded, and waiting in line is kind of unavoidable. Nevertheless, the wait worth it: Allans isthe best! I personally like this location and go here every time I'm in downtown, but wouldn't choose it to work or meet friendscause other locations better for that. Read more

One of my favourite coffee shops in Corvallis. Admittedly, most of the coffee shops around here are not that great-- I mean,... they have great coffee. But coffee is practically a secondary purpose for a grad student who needs to study with the rightamount of ambient noise and elbow room. Luckily, this Allan Brothers' has both-- assuming you get there early enough. Also, thebaristas here are great. They weren't the least bit mad when I made a complete mess of their coffee grinding station (not onpurpose, I'm just really out of practice). Apparently they also sell jewelry now, in case you need a last minute birthday giftfor your friend with pierced ears. Read more

I'm not a coffee or food enthusiast, so take this with a grain of salt, but I've never been disappointed by the taste of... anything here. Staff have always been prompt and courteous to me. I like supporting more local franchises than Starbucks, so Iwas pleased to find this place. This location is big, a favorite with the community (not just students), and a good place tostudy for many hours (they have reasonable food as well as coffee). Only complaint is uncomfortable chairs that aren't a goodheight for vertically challenged people. I like the Thunderbean freeze, and the Kombucha (though it's overpriced). Read more
