Pathetic. This is not a one-off. I just sat in the drive thru line for about 25 min. I was trapped because there was no way... out. Finally once I could escape I waited in the number 3 position for 10 min without moving and had to abandon lunch to getback to work. They've had "supply chain issues" and employee issues for well over a year that has consistently caused slowservice or lack of menu items. Most other restaurants in town including fast food have not been this way. Makes me sad but I'mdone with Arby's. I can only imagine how many potential customers go elsewhere because the line is so long. Pay your managersand employees better and you'll get better help and the problems will go away. Read more
I rated the food and service middle of the road ratings because the quality of this Arby's food, REALLY depends on the time of... day. Their AM/Lunch crew is awesome and gets you everything hot and fresh. Their PM/dinnertime crew is straight up garbageservice, and garbage quality food. (I mean that literally, they gave me a brisket sandwich with green meat that was so dry itcould have been jerkey. I couldn't even bite through it) If the AM crew messes something up they replace it no problem. If thePM crew messes something up, they will argue with you and most likely not fix it. Read more

I literally am I'm the drive through and orderd 2 pizzas from Domino's and they were ready before I even got to the window...... this location is super slow, staffing shortages are what they blame but everyone is suffering from that but it should never take20-25 min to place an order and get to the window...
