Customer service is everything. Unfortunately I had terrible service and it makes me sad, like a coffee experience should be... enjoyable and satisfying. I bought a iced caramel cloud the drink was okay.. I just can't get over how rude the batista was. Star bucks coffee is to strong and there is not good breakfast food. There is not good survive! Too loud. Bad apmissph.
