Absolutely failed. Went thru the drive thru and they forgot my cole slaw. They forgot it a few weeks ago also. I went back in... this time to let them know that this is twice they forgot it. The first time I got all the way home. Never getting the firstone. This time I had to go back in. I let them know about the first time never getting it. Everything was good and hot, unfortunately, tasted BAD, probably cooking oil. We threw out and went to another restaurant
Today my mom and I had went to this long John silvers for lunch and there was only one person running the entire restaurant,... both registers, the drive through, the kitchen everything. That being said the man working this all was still being polite toevery single customer. The customer service alone was worth this rating.
