What a cool place! I have never dined in a more unique place. Would have loved to eat the meat (it smelled heavenly) but I was... going vegetarian that day. Delicious vegetarian panini, homemade veggie burger and blood orange lemonade. All from scratch. Theyeven have smoked pies cooked in the smoker! A wonderful experience with super friendly staff. Docs is a hidden gem! It's, by far, the best food we had during our trip to TN. Everything was fresh and delicious including the... veggie burger. My husband said the BBQ was outstanding! The owner and staff were super friendly and treated our dog likeroyalty. It's evident they care so much about the quality of the food and the customer experience. Quirky little roadside BBQ place with great food and super nice owners. Meat is smoky, but not too smoky. Even their desserts... are made in the smoker. Very much worth the stop if you're near the Greenbrier area of the Smokies. Read more
