Finally, I tried this place as I've seen long lines formed in front of this restaurant on Sunday. The line was long as usual and... the wait was about 20 min. before we ordered and sat down. The noodle was the best I have ever tried, fresh and full to chew inmouth. However, the soupbase was a little salty for me. My family ordered Chicken Curry Katshu and it was also too salty. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I liked it. This is a self-served restaurant. You order your food, pay for it,... and find an empty table to sit down. Today there was an attempt on my life. Someone wanted to give me kidney stones or high blood pressure. The curry udon had a lot... of salt where I was drinking a lot of water. My co-worker also agreed. I think they did not measure the correct amount. Thatsaid, the udon noodles were perfectly cooked. Customer Service was good. Loved it. I definitely blew it by putting my tempura on top of my bowl. I am a total novice. I got the sweet tofu with a tempura... egg and shrimp- absolutely delicious. I topped my bowl with fresh green onion, tempura flakes, and ginger. Could be 5 stars butI have no baseline.
