Stumbled across this coffee shop while walking around & had to try the hot hojicha latte. The temp was just right so I didn't... have to wait forever for it to cool down or risk scalding the roof of my mouth. The quarter pump of agave was just the rightamount for the "roastiness" of the hojicha to shine through & the almond milk was frothy without going overboard intofoaminess.
