I usually drop by this location on my way to work for coffee and a croissant. Relatively fast service and helpful baristas.
I don?t like to make complaints because I know people can have bad days but yesterday was ridiculous. I drove through to get a... Mother?s Day treat for myself and a couple friends. After I paid, a younger woman began to give me an order that wasn?t minethen was very upset when I explained that it wasn?t mine. She told me I would have to pay extra to get the correct order. Iasked how much and was ready to pay to which she rolled her eyes and left, still saying that I need to pay extra. I get the sameorder whenever I go to any Starbucks and it?s always the same price so I was confused when she kept saying that I needed to payextra. Don't say you accept reusable mugs if you are required to use a disposable mug to transfer the coffee from your pots to my mug.... So ridiculous. Read more
