I had four stars originally, but sat here thinking and there was nothing at all that was keeping me from the best... rating. Service was excellent - I forgot to order something in a specific way and the manager (I believe) made it again at nocost. My son was with me and the staff was very gracious in allowing him to bring in his lunch from another restaurant in thesame area so we could eat together. I had order my food online. They didn?t give me the shake I ordered because they said the milk they had was bad. I had no... problem with that. They said they could give me a refund in the store and that I had to file a request online. Which is dumb butI did it anyways. I emailed them ten minutes later and after a week, still no response. We've eaten the ahi tuna sandwich many times and the tuna was always made medium (slightly pink) and it was tender and... delicious. Last night my husband and I each had the Cobb salad with ahi tuna and it appeared that they had sliced the tunasteak in half and cooked it until it was chewy--like eating a steak.
