Nice spot to get a wine flight, and has a good atmosphere. Bartender is attentive and helpful. They do not serve food, but you... can purchase cheese and chips at the adjacent cheese shop, and you can pair a cheese to your wine. Perfect!???? Read more
Unfortunately I have to leave an honest bad review of this place, despite how great it is. I don't normally bother to write bad... reviews, or reviews in general, but this was something else. As an introvert I hate confrontation and usually stay quiet whenunpleasant situations occur, but the shorter, full-build, brunette guy who works there is a total rude d***, pardon thelanguage. I have visited this spot a couple of times and never had a bad experience until now. I had scheduled a small meetupof about 10-15 people on a Sunday afternoon, which is not a busy time for this location at all. The guy got very upset and saidwe had to call in advance and that he couldn't serve everyone. No one was ordering yet, but he was acting extremely agitated forno reason. I was trying to figure out a plan of where to go next, but he literally came out to the patio area where we werehanging out and told us to "clear out". Wow, that was a first...I hope the actual owner realizes how much business he lost thatday. I guess they only allow 4 people at a time, and prefer to cater to bougie clientele. Never coming back here again, anddefinitely putting the word out to the other Meetup organizers about how we were treated. Read more

DO NOT give this establishment your business. Today I witnessed two gentlemen be treated horribly by who I believe is the owner.... They simply asked if they could order two glasses of wine and take it out on the patio. He said no. When they asked if anotherestablishment would let them, he pointed across the way and said ?they might illegally let you?. When these two customersnoticed that the business indeed had an outside patio and enquired if they could sit out there and have wine, he said ?yes?. Oneof the men asked him why he did not mention that when he asked a minute earlier, the business owner/employee responded ?Ithought you were talking about another patio?. Really? Is this how you treat your customers? When one of the men made a commentunder his breath/mask about this businessman?s rudeness, the wine bar owner literally lunged toward him very aggressively. Ifthe counter was not separating them I believe he would have actually hit him. Everyone around us watched aghast. I mean we werethere for a relaxing Sunday afternoon stroll around SOCO, not front row seats at a boxing match at Madison Square Garden. Stayaway! Read more

The owner couple sweared and shouted even almost hit family with 3year old boy. They should be banned to keep their wine shop... for other people?s safety. The owner couple have serious anger management issue. I knew there was something definitely wrongwith them and after I read few reviews saying similar situations, I can guaranty that there is a mental issue they have. Theyshouted and humiliated to their customers first with no manner and almost hit my husband who was trying to have a conversation.The couple threatened and crazily yelled at us(we were holding 3 year old boy-see how they have no understanding of basicmanner), and said they will called the security which we thought it was the best way so we agreed. It was impossible to have aconversation with them, also wanted to be sure of our safety. After waiting a while for ?security?coming I asked them ?whenwill the securities coming?? And the women lost herself and shouted and sweared like a maniac ?leave fxxxxx xxxxx !!!!!!!!? Itwas almost comical. Haha I am sure now they didn?t even call the security because obviously they are the one who startedyelling and violence. They did this to a family with 3year old kid, and we have never encountered this issue in our lives. Ihave never seen something like this. How are they still having their business? We will make formal complain to the Mix andplease give me messages if any of you witnessed the scene.- other occasions are also welcomed since I do believe that thesepeople have to lose their license.
