You shouldn?t have ask people to wash their dirty hands before making your sandwich.. GLOVES ARE NOT A HAND WASHING ALTERNATIVE?... Long story short the young lady was outside washing the windows when I pulled up she walked in before me and went straight tothe line about to put on gloves and start making my food ????.. I asked if she could wash her hands which she did but then afterwashing her hands she was about to put on the same gloves she just picked up and contaminated with her dirty hands.. I said toher you?re not going to use those gloves are you and all I get is attitude as she reaches for new gloves.. I was placing an order to this Jimmy Johns via mobile. Total came out to be a bit over $69 so I figured I'll just go in store to... order and pay there since I was done with shopping at hyvee which was just across the street. I went in, placed my order withthem and they added an extra unknown $10 to my order without my consent. Total with them came up to be $89.90, so I questionedthem why it was more when it's only around $69 after tax when I was going to place the same order online. They claimed not toknow why, so I told them I will just place order on my phone since they will get the order either way. I placed the order andgot notification that they received my order. I sat with my husband and we waited patiently for almost 40 mins. There were 3workers and no other customers in there. We finally went to ask about our order in which they claimed they never received! Ifthat's the case, why did they not let us know they didn't receive it??? I showed them our confirmation we got and they finallystarted making our sandwiches. Waited an extra 15 minutes and they didn't even offer us any free sauce or apologize for makingus wait that long for only 6 sandwiches. The worst part is when we got home and saw our sandwiches, they were not even filledand were VERY little in filling and meat!!!! Almost $10 for each sandwhich that barely has anything in it!! Love Jimmy John's. Highly recommed a side of kickin' ranch for dipping sandwich or chips. Off main drag but not a bad location.
