I'm very unhappy with the service I just got at this store. Both the worker and manager were so rude and nasty to us in the... drive thru. I would like to speak to a manager that is outside the store or owner of this franchise. It was the worstexperience I have ever had at a BK. Took my order AND payment online, and less than 10 minutes later, as I sat in the drive thru waiting to be acknowledged, shut... off all the lights and closed up shop. Confused about what was going on, since it was an hour before closing time, and they hadjust verified the order and took my money less than 10 minutes prior to me pulling up, I pulled around to the drive up window,only to have the (clearly irritated by my presents) employee holler through the closed window that they were closed. I holleredback that, although confused I understood they were now closed, and I just needed to know what I should do about the order andpayment taken and not fulfilled, only to be rudely ignored. I don't know what this was all about since past visits to this samelocation, same times, same days, even same associate at the window have been favorable, but after this last night, I'll justtake comfort in knowing it doesn't really matter anyway since they'll never see my business again.
