WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME! I would give zero stars if I could for the experience I just had at this... location. I ordered online to pick it up at 5pm, got there at 5:05. It was not ready and they told me my ticket was next inline. I sat there for a half hour and reminded them 3 times about my order while I watched them make pizzas for multiple peoplewho came in after me and were scheduled for pickup at 5:15. Then proceed to bump their orders up in the line ahead of mine.Almost 40 minutes later I finally got a pizza. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask me what I was waiting for.When I got the pizza home I realized they made it wrong on top of everything. I called to complain and the manager was very rudeand just kept saying that I didn't understand how the ticket order works and there were other orders in front of mine. But theyso easily pushed other orders to the front of the line as I sat and waited. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Read more
