+JMJ...Tonight I did drive thru from Carl's Jr. The Guacamole Bacon Thick burger was yummy! yummy! yummy! The guacamole was... fresh with just a little peppery bite to it and the bun had a nice sweet taste which really enhanced the tastiness of the redonions and the beef patty. Also, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an order of hot, crispy, not oily french fries. Mymeal was GREAT!! I had visited Carl's Jr in several months. I don't recall enjoying my meal then as much as tonight's. Serviceat the drive thru 4was pleasant enough. Looking forward to a return visit! I waited over 10 min after pulling around the front foe the poppers. I didn't get my drink or French fries either. I called to... speak with the manager explaining what happened he suggested coming back for the missing items. I explained I live in Phoenixand was already 5 miles away. I asked for emailed voucher or anything go correct the issue. He said no and to just drop his nameto get " hooked up " next time I'm in town. I think I forgot his name before I even hung up with him. Food was cold. Chicken was dry and tough, clearly had been sitting there all day. Same goes for the burger, seems like it had... been made and let to sit for hours at room temp before giving it to me. Terrible. Hope to see you shut down soon. Unsanitary. Gross! I just watched an employee adjust his belt and downstairs in gloves and then walked right over and started... putting toppings on Sandwiches. Wearing the same gloves... This was also while I was waiting for 15 minutes on a single Sandwichinside. The other people in there had several complaints about their food as well. Read more
