Delivery was supposed to take 25-35 minutes, took over an hour. When it finally arrived the pizza was overcooked!!! Teach your... employees about food quality. This is how you maintain customers. Read more

Had wonderful service from this location for years, the nicest delivery drivers and quality food. However, several weeks ago we... placed an order through the app that went through, even though the store was apparently closed for renovation. We didn't knowthis and expected our pizza that we paid for at the time it was promised. After 4 hours, I called customer service and asked fora refund. I was told it would be no problem, but they needed to reach out to the local manager. It's been several weeks now andI I still have not received a refund, in a $60+ order! I have left the branch manager a message to call me but haven't recurveda return call. I have reached out to customer service by phone and on Facebook messenger. Every time I managed to contactanyone, I was told it would be taken care of and it has not. I cannot trust this location or the company and sadly now have toleave this review. Read more
