Taco Bell usually has good service, but this time it was amazing! I was assisted by Andrew was extremely helpful with my order,... he was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and had great energy. He was very attentive and made me feel satisfied with my orderwhen I was unsure, he helped me with the menu and answered all my questions. Went to Taco Bell for a quick bite. We should have guessed it wasn't going to go well when the cashier wasn't very happy or... nice. No have a good night, thank you...nothing. We ordered 2 bean burrito, 2 beef 5 layer burrito, 2 beef soft taco. When wegot home we ended up with 3 bean burrito, only 1 beef 5 layer burrito, 2 beef soft taco. On top of that we ordered 6 items andthey only gave us 4 packets of hot sauce. Guess next time we'll have to look before we leave. We've been there in the past, butusually have much better service and they are usually much more friendly. I get it that it's tough on kids these days with thelate night jobs on a Friday night, but please try to be a little more courteous and get our order right. Read more
I'd rate zero stars if I could. This location somehow always finds a way to mess up my order. The staff are incredibly rude and... unprofessional and are too busy bantering and getting high to prepare your order in a timely manner. The management, who I'veconsequently had to confront several times, are exceedingly ill-mannered. The assistant manager Taryn spoke to me in anincredibly rude and condescending manner. Yeah right, like I'm the problem, meanwhile your kitchen is falling apart and givingme tacos instead of chalupas. I often see her being an a-hole to other staff as well. Absolutely pathetic. The other managersare not much better and do not care about doing their job. The whole management team needs to be fired and stop hiring teenagerswho don't do their job. This is the greatest Taco Bell I have ever been to in the entirety of Utah. Why, you might ask? The answer is simple: Jayray. If... you come in on a day that Jayray is working, you are guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face. He is the kindest, funniest,most caring, most generous employee I have ever come across. He always knows my exact order and makes sure it gets made toperfection. Jayray has been working here for many years. He is a dedicated employee and always makes sure that everything runssmoothly. This is the Taco Bell closest to my home and I come here pretty often. I?m a big fan of Taco Bell, but recently they haven?t... been paying attention to details at all. This is now my third order they have gotten wrong. I ordered a supreme Doritos tacomeal with extra cheese. Not only did I not get extra cheese, I received regular Doritos tacos. Normally I?d let this roll off myshoulder, but between all their recent mess ups and getting charged for things I don?t order is frustrating. Taco Bell is sooutrageously expensive for what it is and the supreme meal costs more than the normal one. Taco Bell becomes less appealingeveryday because my wallet can?t handle how expensive it is and my tastebuds get disappointed when I bite into a taco withoutsour cream. :( Read more
