I came into Beans and Brews, I really enjoy the music they play. They teenage boy baristas decided to set up a speaker in the... back playing very loud irritating music. I complained. They turned it off, but also decided to turn off the regular music aswell, very childish and petty. Read more
The staff are very nice very, polite, very professional. However I have to assume at this point that nobody in that... establishment has any idea how to make a cappuccino, or even what one is. I can tell you what one isn't: putting a little bitof espresso coffee in a cup and filling up the entire rest of the volume of the cup with burnt milk, regardless of what size itis. There's a ratio of coffee to toasted milk regardless of what size. Also the temperatures matter and the time. it's not easyto make a good cappuccino, but a couple of YouTube videos would go a long way. Read more
I love beans and brews but I always have negative experiences at this location. The workers are so kind!!! They have never been... disrespectful. They take around 10 minutes to make my one drink when I am the only one in the drive through. They also manage tomess up my order almost every time I go there. I ordered a specific sandwich and received a totally different one. I always giveit the benefit of the doubt but it always disappoints. Read more
