First off, the Salsa and chips were great. I ordered the Burrito Special, the rice was countertop cold and the refried beans... were refrigerator cold. The beans were also pureed to look like peanut butter on my plate. The lettuce was fresh. It had gratedcheese not cheese sauce. The beef Burrito itself was good. Overall, I walked away still hungry with cold food still on my plate. Not sure if I will try again. Read more

By far the worst restaurant I?ve ever eaten at. The hostess greets you with a look that makes you feel like your bothering her.... The urinals were all but overflowed and we were greeted at our table with an overflowing ash tray. What a dump! Read more

I was just sitting there trying to eat my food and the waitress asked me if something was wrong. I said no and she came back in... my face pestering me telling me not to look at my husband and look at her and tell her what?s wrong? After I tell her nothing iswrong with the food again she won?t leave me alone!! At this point I just told her that she was the only thing makinguncomfortable!! And then she proceeded tp be rude to me?She was obviously drunk because I?ve never seen that lady a day in mylife and she was acting really weird like she thought I was someone she knew and didn?t like. I thought it was in my head when Iwalked in but I don?t think it was after that weird and upsetting convo with her. She couldn?t even get her words straight. Thefood was perfectly fine the service was not it at all and we ended up leaving with our left overs because we were uncomfortable. Also, they couldn?t make a fiesta fajita (steak, shrimp, and chicken) , but they could make steak , shrimp or chicken fajitas ?That makes no sense, why don?t you just mix them to make a fiesta fajita? That wasn?t our issue though, the service was awful .I?m literally shaking as I?m typing this , I just wanted some Mexican food ? Read more

The food is good but the customer service is awful. Every time that I've been there with my husband, the staff would walk right... past us for a few minutes before even saying hello. We were dining in last Friday and it was busy and they were short staffed. Iunderstand how that is, I've worked in restaurants and bartended for years. But there is an etiquette to giving great customerservice. Most importantly, if you do not have time to get to a guest, you always greet the guest while walking by and assurethat you will get to them in just a moment. I dont know how long we waited before someone even said hello to us. Maybe 20-30minutes? We would have walked out but we were already there and we were starving. We noticed empty tables and couldn'tunderstand why someone didn't direct us to an empty table. I stopped an employee to ask how long it would take before someoneacknowledged us. He shrugged and said he didn't know and walked away. I will say that even though our server was incrediblybusy, she really really tried to take care of everyone the best she could. She was honest about it....instead of ignoring us.Everyone else in the building needs retraining of restaurant customer service. I will never eat here again. I tried too manytimes and I'm just done. There are other places to eat in pickwick. Read more
