I have stayed here twice on my way to South Dakota, specifically returning here for my second trip, given the positive... experience of the first. What I like about this hotel is it is quiet. I travel a bit and there have been places that are reallyloud, with noisy guests or people coming and going at all hours. This place is quiet. Second, there has been abundant and welllit parking when I have stayed here. Third, the room heating/ventilation is not very loud -that is often a problem with otherproperties/hotels. The exercise room is larger and better equipped than most hotels in its class, and the pool is large enoughto swim in. The staff is friendly and polite. I stayed at this location for 5 nights at $200 / night in October. I have allergies to feathers, (animal dander), I requested... hypoallergenic room. No rooms are hypoallergenic. Ok. Can I at least get pillows without feathers? The front desk informed methat they didn't have any. None. Not out. But didn't have Any. Wow. I hope this isn't a political thing about the My Pillow banby hotels? They told me they could provide foam, but they were not pillows. They were foot rests. You know, the things you putbehind your knees when you have circulation issues i guess. I will include a photo. Totally inadequate. I could have wrapped myclothes in a towel and received a better night's sleep. After tossing and turning the first night I decided to go buy a pillowat Target. $20. I guess they can't do simple things or think outside the box to help a customer enjoy their visit. Nay notenjoy, just provide adequate sleep. Sleep is kinda one of those important things we humans do, right up there with eat andbreathe. I would expect this level of customer service from a Motel 6 at $49/night. But at $200/night? Sorry. Cleanest Hotel I have ever been in! Super friendly staff. Love the lighting in the room. It was quiet and great lobby and happy... hour! LOVE this hotel! I will be staying here every time I have to come up for business. I did not have reservation as I didn'tknow how far I would get with work. Best decision I made not booking elsewhere. Great location as well. Off the beaten path butyet easily accessible to the Highway. Read more

Checked in 7/1/2022. Drove in from Denver for a funeral. Staff was friendly at check in, room was clean. Problem started that... evening when a LARGE group (baseball team) who were also guests of the same hotel began lighting fireworks in the hotel parkinglot. These were kids lighting fireworks, throwing them at one another, launching mortars and roman candles at each other. Myfather and myself complained to management several times because we wanted to rest after driving all day and couldn?t because ofthe noise literally right outside our window. CHASTITY was the manager on duty that evening and REFUSED to address the issuewith the other group. Even after we had explained that we were there to rest and attend a funeral in the morning as opposed toit being a party weekend for us. A week later - after returning home we got an email asking us about our stay. After taking thetime to write out why we had a horrible stay and send off the review to the hotel we received an automatic response saying ouremail was sent to an UNMONITORED email address. (They really must not care) ???????????. Finally I called the MarriotInternational customer support line and explained our experience during our stay with them. Was given a claim number and told Iwould hear back from the hotel within 5 days to resolve the issue. I asked for only that nights stay to be refunded (we hadstayed 2 nights). Here it is 8/1/2022 and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE HOTEL OR MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL. Zero customerservice at this location, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere because if you experience an issue THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELPYOU. Read more
