Broccoli cheese soup is amazing! I love this place! So many gluten free options! I stop here once a week. Their app is a ... great way to get discounts and free food! Read more

Our visit ended up being similar to what some others described. It kind of seems like this is a Sunday issue while reading... through some other bad experiences. My family of six arrived at 5:05pm on Sunday evening to an empty restaurant. We placed ourorder and right away I was a bit surprised on the total. I asked the cashier about the total seeming high and asked him how muchthe kids' meals rang up. They are supposed to be $1.99 to dine in and then add $0.50 for a side of macaroni. He told me theywere ringing up for the take-out price of $3.49 and then wasn't going to do anything about it. I realize this is only $1 permeal (ordered 4 of them), but I had to ask him to fix the price. He reluctantly went and got a manager. Next we had $40 in twogift cards. He tried swiping both and then said, "I don't know, they won't work." Once again that was going to be the end of iton his part. I again had to ask him to get somebody to help as the cards were both good. Finally this problem was fixed. Thefood came out and all was good on that part except for the kids' meal cookies. Those were overcooked like usual and hard as arock. The glaring issue with the restaurant was how nearly every table had trays, plates, and food left on them. My family hadto wipe down the only table that could seat six in the place. In our 30 minutes there, no worker ever came out to clean off anytables. It was pretty disgusting to sit and eat while looking at dirty tables in the restaurant. Normally we would have ateoutside, but the temperature was a bit too chilly and windy (oh and you guessed it there were trays left outside on tables aswell). My last stop for the night was the men's restroom and it too was disgusting. The toilet at the base and around the seatlooked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. The workers didn't show any real motivation at this location. It was not a goodexperience. When the restaurant and bathroom looked like they did, I can only guess what the kitchen Read more

I wasn?t going to even leave a review just because I don?t honestly ever leave reviews. But this irritated the hell out of me. I... went in today with my boyfriend for an early dinner and there were workers sitting at the booths talking, which would have beenfine since there was only my boyfriend and myself but there was plates, trash, tables not cleaned off etc. My boyfriend told meto not get pictures because it wasn?t worth it but I really wish I would have. We were there for about 30 minutes? And NO ONEcame to clean up and there were still WORKERS sitting around. The person who took our order was also very rude. I didn?t plan tocome here and be an absolute Karen, but when I see trash on the tables, floor, on the chairs and no plates taken back andworkers sitting around chatting there is definitely something wrong with that. The food was good I won?t complain about that, but from the time we got there till the time we left no one had came and cleaned up. There were even plates and drinks leftoutside. When we left there were also a couple that were workers cuddled in the booth talking amongst themselves not doinganything. I really hope this gets addressed. Read more

My Wedding day 08/06/22. My mother picks up order I placed for our bridal party and staff. I do it online and go through the... steps. I order a gallon of sweet tea. I get three box options to check Full Service ($1.99 extra) Complimentary Ice No ice Thankyou Now I check the complimentary ice and when my mom picks it up they said we did not order ice and it is extra. My motherproceeded to ask how much for ice then. She responds with you didn?t order ice you can?t have ice. This is after she waited for10 minutes for someone to help her. 5 people in sight of all customers and all ignoring my mom and another customer. This isn?tthe first bad experience I?ve had at McAllisters. But because I like the food and tea I have overlooked it. After my wedding daystarting with such terrible service and absolute disrespect to paying customers, I don?t think I will continue giving any of mybusiness to this company. Have higher standards and treat your good employees right so that you can keep them. The only reason Igave two stars is because the food was pretty good. Read more

The online app wasn't working, their phone wasn't working to call the order in, so I walked in. I stood there at least 5 minutes... before anyone even acknowledged me. What looked to be at least 2 managers were there and never said a word. The girl behind thecounter was rude and unfriendly. I let her know that I tried to call and tried to place the order online and the call wouldn'tgo through to them and the online app wasn't allowing me to order. She sighed and just asked what I wanted to order. Ispecifically asked for pickles for each sandwich and didn't get a single one. Also the last 2 times I have gotten a wrap, theyhave not been cutting them. Absolutely not happy about being ignored then sighed at while 3 people behind the counter just stoodthere. Hopefully the people behind me were treated better than that. Read more
