I have been coming to this dd for years. Taken advantage of ordering online,it can be convenient, but service can make such a... difference! The reason for one star is due to lack of communication and awful service after waiting for a coffee to be remade asit was not made correctly and it was cold. To my surprise, after waiting for about five minutes, they say the coffee machine wasacting up. Had I not asked, I'd still be waiting there. What was really aggravating was the avoidant attitude by the person whowas initially making the coffees... Really awful customer service. Read more
