Ordered from Seven Moons Coventry for the first time after going to the NK location for years. We were not disappointed-... everything was hot and delicious! We had it delivered too (4 miles away). We had Nim Chow, Beef Terriyaki, Szechwan ChickenWings, Beef Chop Suey, and Chicken Pad Thai - so so good! Read more
My sister and I the only lunch customers during the time we were there, so not sure why the food was lukewarm--even though we... said we wanted to "start" with crab rangoons, everything came out at once--the app, soup and main course. But it didn't matterbecause everything was cold anyway. Okay, lukewarm. The rangoons were actually cold around the edges and the filling was alittle warmer. And the place was freezing! We mentioned how cold it was and were met with a shrug. Sister's chicken corn soupwas meh--just a few pieces of corn and she barely touched it. My hot and sour was meh as well--not the worst I've ever had isabout all I can say about it. Upside--shrimp were big (maybe 4 in the lunch portion?) and broccoli bright green and perfectlycooked. This place is TERRIBLE!! We ordered they said one hour the most. They would include a menu (it was my first order ever, and a... place that actually delivered to my house). I said a menu would be great. Upon paying $7 for a delivery fee (they base it on themileage). I said no problem. I was expecting a menu and what I asked for, extra ginger with my sushi, and pork fried rice.Instead I got no menu, no ginger and chicken friend rice. After over an hour of delivery the food comes, no menu no extra gingerand chicken friend rice. I called the women “claimed” she was the manager then after my concerned proceeds to hang up in me.I call back multiple time being ignored after a guy answers says there is no manager. Excellent Asian restaurant to dine! We've been here a few times, but our latest visit was outstanding! We had several appetizers... and one main course to share among 3 of us. The food came out prompt and hot! The waiter was very attentive and thoughtful.We've tried many items on the menu, the several times we've visited Seven Moons. I can't say anything was bad? The wonton soupwas a little salty for my tastes, but my wife thought it was fine. So, 4 1/2 stars. We also had food delivered once and therewere no issues. I see a few bad reviews here, but we haven't had any reason to dislike Seven Moons as of today. And we arepretty fussy folks! Read more
