DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I have not ate here in several years and decided to give it another try. I will never eat there again or any... Applebee's for that matter. We arrived and a couple were waiting. The host was absolutely horrible. He told the couple they hada full house and she asked how when there were at least 15 empty tables. He then asked if she was okay with a table, which shesaid she was. We were seated and our waitress was horrible. She took our drink and appetizer order and came back with drinksquickly. When I got my appetizer the chips were not cooked all the way and the artichoke in my spinach artichoke dip was notmashed up completely. The waitress did not come around at all. Her and about 3 others sat around a table talking in the corner.The food was horrible! My pasta had no taste. They were not busy like other restraunts on a Saturday at 7. Only 2 employees wereconstantly working. I tipped 20%, but really should have tipped at 10%. I believe in tipping good. Our meal was only $30,because my daughter didn't even want to ask for dessert because of the food and service. If she would have been a great servershe would have got a $20 tip, even though the meal was cheap. They need to fire their manager and the employees and start over. Read more
We went at a great time. Did not have to wait long. Theresa was our server and was excellent. My food was delicious. The ribs... were nice and tender. I loved the Mashed potatoes. The broccoli was a bit over cooked, but very tasty. I will come to thislocation again when I travel to this area again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is in much need of Updating. I am giving a 1 because 0 is not an option. The shift manager was a joke. He was rude and treated customers terribly. Around ... 10:00 the shift manager told a young family that entered that they would have to wait 30 minutes before he could seat them. Hetold them they should have come earlier. They waited and were finally seated. When they ordered they were tolld that it was toolate to otfer the ribs. Everything they ordered came to the table incorrectly. They were seated in the booth directly behindme. The waitress was inexperienced but she was polite. She didn't seem to know what to do. When we ordered coffee after ourmeal she left and returned to our table to inform us that they didn't serve coffee anymore. I asked another waitress and shesaid they did serve coffee and that she would be glad to make some. The next thing I knew the shift manager came over and toldme that they had run out of ? coffee. He smirked when he said that and I realized I was not getting my coffee The waitress andshift manager were laughing when we left . I wish I could have seen their face when they read the tip I left. They need to fire the bartender. She didn't know how to make a 7 n 7 or J and coke. My husband had to go to bar to explain how... to make there. I ordered a Sandgria.
