Additional Information
While our meals were 5 star quality our service was probably at best a 2 the reason being our server was so over sat running 2... rooms plus about 7 tables. I realize in this day of being short staffed things happen but management has no idea what is goingon, as we never saw one. We started off okay with appetizers which were amazing ordered entrees afterwards food runner droppedthem off and just left them. I served them to our table disappointing. This was a special night seeing old friends that wehaven't seen in years since we live in Florida, we will never come back or recommend this place ever just poor management from aplace that we used to love Read more
The food was very good. The service was a bit awkward, as our waitress appeared new and overwhelmed. The atmosphere could of... been enjoyable but they have a live jazz band and the place is so small you couldn't talk to those at your table. Also the lightabove our table was burnt out so our area was dim. When going to pay it took longer as the whole place was using only one Apple device and was being passed around to pay for all parties and our waitress was again flustered and unfamiliar with how to usethe tech. Place charges $52 for a steak meanwhile I’ve had better service at Cracker Barrel. I did complain and their excuse was they... had a large party they were serving in the back. Maybe don’t seat parties of 25+ if it sacrifices the experience of everyother table? Maybe I got them on a bad night but I would not recommend. Read more
Wow it was rough. We came for Sunday brunch. Every other restaurant in the area was packed, but we were the only ones in this... restaurant. Buffet food was not changed the entire time we were there. Food was lackluster and dry. Bread pudding was even dry!Pours were good on the mimosas! Read more
