Absolutely horrible and abysmal McDonald's that should just go out of business because their location is so horrible. They still... all these years later lock the doors and don't let people in because they are lazy people who don't want to work. Thisrestaurant is a joke as they don't take out of stock items off the app. Instead, they let you order them as though they havethem. They then let you pay for it only to be told at the window they don't have the item, and then they just keep your money.They tell you the app has to give you the refund, and the app people tell you the location has to give you your refund. I went to the new remodeled McDonald?s today the store was new but the service was the same I waited at the beginning of the... drive-through for quite a while waiting for someone to answer and take my order no one ever took my order so I drove around tothe front and they told me that the girl went to the bathroom that?s wonderful have somebody else fill-in why you go to thebathroom so people aren?t Sitting at the drive-through talking to themselves. Then they proceeded to ask me to drive aroundagain the girl was there now to take the order that?s insane that?s crazy obviously I did not drive around again they finallytook my order at the window with much discust. Don't expect excellent service at this McDonald's. 9pm they're pulling one order at a time. Took 30 min about to get an order... taken to time leaving. Plus the cashier seemed unaware there were like 5 cars behind me as she asked when I pulled up if therewere other cars behind me...... Currently under renovation , none of the screens are on and dine in is closed..so you're stuckin drive thru. My own fault as something told me to go to the one in Mandeville as that's the only one in the immediate areathat will give good service. Plus I was unaware of the prices. 7$ for a quarter pounder...highest basic one patty burger In thearea. I could just get a regular burger for 10$ at a restaurant....u can get a burger from Sonic for 6$ fully loaded lol. Order is always wrong. And MAKE SURE if you order the sausage McMuffin they don?t charge you for the regular McMuffin with no... egg. It?s more money and no matter how I word it they ALWAYS charge me the more expensive one. And instead of marking my itemsas a combo they put them all on separately. Shady business. Read more

I would give the quality of my fries ???? NO salt a 5 it was about the only thing that was good , I ordered sweet tea extra ice... , I received Unsweet tea & a very aggressive , non professional attitude because I wanted what I ordered and what I paid for .It means a lot when you have an employee at an establishment that?s professional , kind and exemplifies Customer Service - wellthis one didn?t . Everyone has a bad day here or there but at end of the day ?it?s your job, you chose it? so I don?t recommendthe drive thru or this establishment b/c when asked for manager ; you would?ve thought I was asking for the president and that Iwas the worse customer ever .
