All 3 steaks were cooked wrong tonight 2 of them were supposed to be medium rare but we're rare and the other was well done and... was supposed to be medium welland the server didn't pay attention to my order. I asked for a loaded sweet potato and she put itin plain. All in all not a very good experience this time. Didn't say anything so I wouldn't be classified as a KAREN!!! Read more
I ordered a well steak and it came out medium rare. Ribs were tough and dry. We mainly choose Texas Roadhouse for the bread... which never disappoints us. I did a call ahead reservation for my son's 16th birthday. We had a party of 13 with a high chair for my niece. Let me start by... saying that the front greeter/ host was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. After 11 of the 13 arrived he still would not seat usstating that all partied had to be there before seating us. Which was completely RIDICULOUS! The air conditioning was BROKEN!We had to sit and watch other people be seated all because two of our guest was stuck in traffic. After telling the host that wewas not going to wait for the other two guest to be seated he still completely ignored my request and seated other guest. Afterasking for management to assist we FINALLY was seated after waiting an hour. Once we got to the seating area there was notenough tables or room for us.They LITERALLY put myself and 8 other people at one small booth and my son and 4 other people at asmall booth across from us. After informing management that it was completely obvious that there wasn't enough seats for us allshe basically said it wasn't her problem. Two of my guest had to leave due to no seating. Even the other guest around uscommented on how ridicule situation was and absolutely unacceptable! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I wish I could give them azero. Read more
