This location regularly takes 30 minutes plus on small orders. It?s really frustrating because clearly the issue is management... and not the employees actually working. The employees are always nice but this place is horribly understaffed and poorlyorganized. Read more
This last visit was a hot mess. I'm sure some like the electronic ordering boards, but I disliked them immensely. It took so... much longer to order. It was busy, and the staff was completely disengaged from the customers. No updates and no realinteraction or customer service. After 27 minutes of waiting for my order, they finally called my order. I noticed thereweren't any beverages and asked. The employee didn't know I was surprised to know I ordered any. Then asked me if I'd been givencups. Obviously not. As I filled up the fountain drinks, she asked another employee to make the coffee that had been ordered. Ihad to ask for a drink holder. I had multiple drinks and two hands. Thankfully another if the customers helped me get out thedoor. When I got to my family to eat, we realized they had not included any of the ordered sauces for the tins of nuggets. Theyhad not included a cheeseburger that was ordered. And the dozen cookies ordered were also forgotten. Needless to say, it was adisastrous visit to the Covington McDonald's. I'm glad my family was gracious about it. But the kids were disappointed and I wasreally frustrated knowing if waited a long time and spent a fair amount of money for a whole lot of nothing. Due to more & more people eating fastfood as a regular food it's become harder to keep up with the high demand. Too many people... expect instant gratification, along with businesses hurting for employees, food & service has taken a nose dive. Although thecompany is trying to keep up with newer tech it isn't enough to keep up with customer growth. In other words too many people gohere too often. It takes 20-30 minutes to get through the drive thru line. That can't be blamed ALL on the company & itsemployees. They can only serve so many people at a time. Read more
WOW... never had such experience before. I got my fries at drive through and they were cold and old tasting. I asked if they... can give me fresh ones and they said no that's what they have and they were just made. Unbelievable and rude. Never coming tothis location again. Read more

This happened 8pm of 12/4/2022, one of the item in my order is a Dr Pepper. The staff saw that my Dr. Pepper is half full so he... proceeded in dumping more ice in it. I objected to that because it was more ice than drink. The female manager angrily asked whyI didn?t I asked for no ice drink. She then told the staff to give me no ice without asking me what I wanted. Totally rudestaff, uncharacteristic of a McDonalds. I won?t go to this one anymore, there is one in Maple Valley.
