The staff will hang up on you when you ask for a refund and make excuses about why they cannot get you a manager. When you go in... and ask for manager. The staff ignores you. When they get your order wrong, they do nothing to resolve it. Order #1161 9/18/225:54 PM, drive through. 1 meal refund? On a 38.63 order. Refused. They would rather play phone tag. They will not fix yourorder. The staff doesn't want to. Their reviews are so bad on Facebook, they turned them off... You can't comment theirpage. Here is the Beijing Beef and Brocolli Beef.
