Baristas clearly just don?t know how to make drinks. Went in for a simple breve latte , was given half a cup of foam , with out... the syrup. Clearly need to be trained better and have better attitude especially if they can?t even make the coffee properly. Ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte. The barista asked me if I wanted it hot or cold and I told her I wanted it hot. I made the... mistake of tasting it in the parking lot because not only was it half full but it felt like it was below room temperature.
