After many extremely late deliveries (like 1 hour 20 mins when they a lil over 1 mile away. cold pizzas, wrong orders, and empty... promises I?m finally leaving this review. 4 years worth of excuses. Order papa John?s or anyone else and skip the problems. Read more
Fast food great service. I feel like they changed their garlic bread though I don't like it
Was hoping for more of a real cooked feel. Crusts aren't made there so that took away from the pizza experience. Growing up in... NY and being Italian, I know pizza. Staff wasn't very friendly either. But.. the booths were comfortable. Read more
So far, the best one I have been to in awhile. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to alot of... Mazzios who didn't have much knowledge of anything. If you go in to order and sit to eat, it doesn't take long to get your food.I can usually order and eat in about 20-30 minutes. I usually eat around 11 ish, too. Read more

We don't have a Mazzio's in our town but there is one 20 minutes up the road. It's not my favorite pizza but I love their... Pepperolis! So we generally only order from there maybe once or twice a year when they have Pepperolis. So we ordered pizzatonight and went to pick it up. Drove 40 minutes round trip only to get home and realize the main reason we ordered(Pepperolis) weren't there. So frustrating! We called their customer service thinking we'd at least get a refund but all theywere willing to offer was a credit at the store (that expires in 30 days) or for us to drive all the way back to get them. Unbelievable! Like I said earlier we don't eat there very often so it's unlikely (especially after this) we'd eat there within30 days. Bad service all around! Read more
