DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible customer service, employees are extremely rude and don't care about the customers at all, food is... okay but every time we eat there, half the menu isn't available. When we eat inside, most employees are on their phones and areinattentive to the customers. I've been to other branches of Panda Express and this is by far the worst. Where do I start? I placed my order at around 6:50 p.m. and was promised my order would be ready around 7:05 p.m. I went to... the restaurant, went in line, and was greeted by the team members and I explained to them I was there for a pickup order. Theteam member acknowledged what I had said and they told me they were working on my order. I overheard some of the team memberssay several times out loud it that it was going to be a long wait for some select items to be ready and one of my items happenedto be the ones that would take longer. However none of the team members explain this to me and I was left waiting for at least25 to 30 minutes before another team member asked if I had an online order to pick up. I politely informed them that I wasthere for an online order for Jonathan, and was told it was almost done and that they apologized for the inconvenience. Aboutanother 15 minutes have passed and I was still left high and dry with no response until I finally received my first order. I hadonly two entrees and an order of crab rangoons, however I received a giant family sized box. I thought the team members werebeing politeful and giving me larger portions, however when I went to look inside the box, it was completely inaccurate of whatI ordered. I brought this to their attention and was told again they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they are workingon my order to make it correct. But once again I waited minutes upon minutes without any kind of communication until theyfinally handed me my order, which again was wrong! I looked in the bag and discovered there was an entree missing, as well asanother separate entree I paid for. I went back in line again and complained to one of the team members and they resolved theissue by providing me with my correct order.
