Came here for the first time with my husband and in laws. And at first glance, the inside was clean, simple layout, but floor... was sticky. Prices were a little more than anticipated but what can you expect from inflation. Food came out in short period oftime (we came right after opening) and everything was delicious! Food was piping and flavored to perfection. The fish was freshand the hush puppies were a crowd favorite! We all got the 6 piece combo, and some of us got more than six! Will be coming backagain ???? I hadn't had catfish corral in years since they moved out of Seagoville. It used to be my FAVORITE fish spot. From their fish to... their hush puppies.. nothing ever disappointed. it just was not the same. You can tell they are either taking shortcuts when itcomes to the recipes or maybe trying to save money on ingredients but something was definitely off. This is a small family run business, I have no problem suggesting anyone local give it a try. On the whole though, I'd have to... say it's ok. Fries, fish, hush puppies, all just...ok. Nothing was particularly bad but there was nothing to rave about either.Also, as a note to the staff, it doesn't help perception of a restaurant when you walk in and find yourself sticking to thefloor like a late night at a movie theater (we were there middle of the afternoon).
