Have visited twice and thoroughly enjoyed Urban Burger. Excellent music and casual, comfortable ambiance. Not fancy but when you... want a burger, gotta have a burger, it is a satisfying choice. And it doesn't break the bank, definitely good quality value.BYOB Would recommend getting the double as opposed to the single. Just left. Got a recommendation for a ?good? burger on an online forum for the area. This isn?t good this is outstanding. Great... original options , awesome sides. Ingredients are legit. Usually fried pickles are the standard yellow dye ones. These were realfried pickles. Just a great standard for quality here. Read more
Good food, what bothered me was the customer service. Left a bag in there filled with Valentines gifts, called to ask if they... saw anything. They said no. I went back in to see for myself and asked one of the workers (blonde hair) and she said she hadthrown it out. I asked her if she can get it, I even apologized myself, I understand it?s a bit annoying to get something outthe garbage. She hardly checked and said she can?t find it, even though she admitted to throwing it out. So I had to get itmyself, when I left they proceeded to laugh. Really don?t appreciate the way I was treated. Really don?t appreciate themthrowing the bag out without holding onto it to see if anyone would come claim it. The bag even had weight to it so there?s noexcuse for them to assume it?s empty. It wasn?t sealed either so a simple look inside is all it takes to find out if it?sgarbage or not. This place had one of the best burgers I?ve ever had but the last time I was there with my son and niece, when we ordered our... burgers the girl asked us how many burger patties? I was like, what?? When the burgers arrived we realized that they changed thenice thick patties to a dry, thin, salty, and overcooked patty. We were extremely disappointed, and when I brought it to thegirl?s attention she just said that the owner change them because they?re just faster to cook. Seriously? You?ll put out aterrible quality burger patty just because it?s faster to cook?? Totally destroyed the quality of their burgers.
