I never usually take the time to leave bad reviews but the customer service here is terrible. Refused to add a little bit of... queso to a burrito without charging $8 for a full order of it on the side. I decided to continue with my order anyway and askedfor a couple tortilla chips crushed up inside the burrito (which every other mexican restaurant I?ve been to has been happy todo), and was told no and that I?d have to buy a full order of tortilla chips. How much would it cost to crumble up a coupletortilla chips inside of a burrito? 3 cents? Refusing to accommodate customers in any way, shape or form is a bad look andpretty pathetic. Read more
