Went through drive thru on the 21st. I was instructed to pull around and park out front so they could keep their times... "right". After over 20 minutes I still did not receive food and when I approached employee , I was informed that he didn't knowI had an order. At that point I requested a refund and spoke with night manager Carl and he told me he didn't have access andwrote my information down. I have zero confidence of this being resolved by him. Tried using their online ordering service to no avail. Kept crashing or wouldn't even open. So frustrated I went through drive... thru. Got there with no one else in line. Waited a good minute before somebody finally answered . Person running drive throughsound like they were half asleep or worse. The ground in front of drive thru was a mess. Finally got my food. Got on down theroad and I opened up what was suppose to be one thing came out another. The Cinnamon twist had no sugar/cinnamon mix. And myunsweetened tea was sweet.
