Food is very good. I've never had a bad meal there - always delish. The customer service leaves a bit to be desired. The guy... that usually waits on us is very nice, but you have to ask for napkins, more drink, etc ... Also, the one thing I do notappreciate: my husband and I placed our order, we got my food first and about 5 - 10 minutes later they brought my husband'sfood to the table. They said his took longer to cook. I understand that but they don't understand how to plan meals so theycome out together. Highly recommend to order to go! You can all eat at the same time. Read more

My patty melt was big and tasty. But my husband ordered the meat loaf sandwich special. He couldn't even finish it, said the... meat wad "tough". He doesn't really think it was a real meatloaf. Read more
