Ordered Papa John's for the first time in many years and was very disappointed with carry out order. Pizza did not seem fresh or... hot when picked up, likely due to text saying order ready at 715pm instead of 745pm order ahead time. I arrived at 740 or so andpizza was taken from a regular counter (not being heated) to be given to me. Will not likely be returning. If I didn't live 20mins away, I would have returned pizza for remake or refund. Read more
We've never had an issue with this establishment until today. Food was COLD, not luke-warm, but cold. When I called to simply... let mnmgt aware; I received no apologies but was offered a fresh order (but would have to return all of the original order). Sorry I'm not waiting another hour for fresh food when it should've came that way to begin with. Order was delivered without a'warm bag'. Unsure if this is a company delivery or a 'door dash' type. This is the worst experance ever this place deserves a negitive stars my pizza was contracted to door dash who throw it at my... door step and rode out with out knocking no bag. Throwing someones food on the ground is the 2nd worst disrespectful thing youcan do it falls right under spiting one food or your persons.manager Beth argued and said she will remake the pizza but it willbe 1.5 hour and its already after 8 pm which would have been there at or after 930 pm. She hung up on me 3 times then told meshe was waiting on me to tell her to remake the order. On the3rd calli asked her are you going to refund me my money and shesent a driver to refund me cash and pick up their pizza. They were so busy yet they had time to send a driver from the store wita receipt and cash to give me which from the end of the call to them at my door was less than 10 min wow you lied had attitude.This manager does not have any customer service skills what so ever. I just worked here for a maybe a month or so. The managers Kortnie with the terrible purple hair dye job and the other manager... Beth with the eyebrow piercing. Beth smokes cigarettes in the back with the door wide open with all her cigarette smokeliterally going back into the store. Kortnie was always coughing with her mouth wide open and makes y?all?s dough ready but inbetween she?s touching all over her phone and not washing after. The mushrooms we?ve been serving for weeks, are rotten due toour charts we follow but they don?t care. They are the meanest managers you could work for, they scream at their employees,constantly giving us snarky attitude, terrible hours, and be reusing cheese that?s been already been touched by all othertoppings, just scooped back in with remaining cheese. I?ve worked at Little Cesar?s and their standards are insanely higher thanthis dump. I got fired cos I put the wrong topping on a pizza so little miss Beth decided to scream at the top of her lungs atme for it, maybe she was just cranky and needed a cig idk I feel bad for the poor elderly looking woman, but imagine if I hadautism or something and they were yelling at me bullying me like that.
