Cashier gave me a free sauce because I didn?t know it would cost more and I had exact change. Bathrooms were very clean and the... food was a solid 9/10. Service was amazing!!! I had my food within 4 minutes. Lilly made my experience there so much betterhelping me with any questions I had. Best worker there! Read more

BETTER THAN CHICK-FIL-A!! And you?re supporting a local business. Tenders were juicy and tender and came with fries for a nice... price. Will be returning again sometime in the near future! Read more

Some of the best chicken tenders out there. Very moist and tender, no pun intended. Breading is crisp but not crunchy,... reminiscent of Chick-Fil-A. My understanding is it has the same owners as the Eagle in OTR, so they know fried chicken. Friesare good and good portions. Parmesan fries with lots of parmesan and parsley. Cole slaw is surprisingly good. It's very tartwith a slight creaminess. It has great color to it with the red cabbage and carrot shavings mixed in. I've eaten here a numberof times and the food is consistently good. Service is also great for a fast casual place. They have good house-made lemonadeand freshly brewed tea. The chicken is a little pricey, but it is good quality. Most meals only come with one sauce, and youhave to pay for extra sauces, so that's a bummer. I've tried most of their sauces by now, and they're all good. The best onesare their City Sauce (which is kind of like a mixture of Cane's sauce and YumYum sauce) and the hot honey. The bbq is good-really smoky. Today I had the buffalo and bleu cheese sandwich. The taste of the sandwich was awesome; however, the sandwichesare chicken tenders on a bun, so they are sloppy and difficult to eat. Aside from this, all of the elements are really highquality. My wife had the spicy tenders. They come with a hot oil on top like Nashville hot chicken. The spicy tenders aregood, but I prefer the regular. Like most fried foods, it's better to eat fresh at the restaurant, because it can lose itscrispiness by the time you get home. The spicy tenders are especially this way. Read more

Tenders and fries were delicious! I tried the Cole slaw too. I usually prefer a creamy slaw which this was not, but it was sooo... good! The peach tea was perfect! I definitely recommend checking this place out! Read more

First time visiting this restaurant. Friday afternoon lunch. Wasn't too busy. We ordered almost right away and received our... food at the table within about 5 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was a slightly rebadged versionof the previous chain that was here. It was nice and clean. Felt a little like a cafeteria. My sandwich, which is called theCitybird, was available as a meal, which I ordered. Thr fries were good and seasoned well but could have been cooked a bitlonger. The sandwich has a great sauce, and the pickles had good flavor. The brioche bun was fresh. The slaw was very goodbut was piled too high. When I picked up the sandwich off the plate, 2/3 of it fell off. There was no sporks so I couldn't eatthat. The featured sandwich was a bit of a letdown for me. I figured it was a full chicken breast for the price, but it turnedout to be 3 small tenders. With that said though, the chicken was tasty, hot, and had a good flavor to it. If I return, whichis possible, I would probably just get a tenders meal and skip the bread. All in all a good meal, it just left a little wantingfor more. Read more
