The sauce was barely there on the carnivore pizza. There was cheese on the pizza but not enough to taste. Even though we arrived... to pick up the pizza at the time specified the pizza was not hot. It was barely warm and the only reason I didn't make a fuzzwas because I have a foot injury and wearing a leg boot and wasn't in the mood to go back and ask for a manager while standingon an injured foot. Order a dinner box and the estimate said 25-35 minutes. I've waited over two hours and haven't gotten anything yet. I'll never... be ordering from here again and I don't recommend anyone else to order from here because there service is the worst I've everexperienced anywhere in my life. Read more
Absolutely unacceptable standards at this place. I got what looked like a frozen pizza that was reheated again. It tasted bland.... The sauce was sour like, the cheese was like some cheap mozarella, and the mushrooms were burnt! The bread was also burnt andjust didn't seem normal. I thought I could get past all this but when I ate my stomach became mixed after an hour. I had to takean upset stomach pill to not feel like puking and because of the timing I know it has to be this! I will be reporting this to ahealth department. This is not the first time I have felt food poisoning in chain restaurants in the Chicago area. They arelazy, careless, or just don't practice good cleanliness! It?s the worst place. They don?t know how to make a pizza. Mine came with no cheese, burned and it tasted awful. If I could give... this place 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here, spend your money at another Pizza Hut. Whoever is working in the kitchenbetween 5:30pm on Sunday and later is responsible for the service that I received. I don?t think they were properly taught howto cook a pizza and if they were then there is a complete lack of care. Read more
