Went through drive-thru on 11/10 and ordered $36+. A girl handed us our 3 blizzards and my son said she didn't flip them so they... owed us a free one. I then asked her if that was the case and she said they were not doing that anymore. No big deal. But then Iwent inside to order today 11/13 and saw a sign that said they are supposed to flip one or receive a free one. I asked the girlif they still do that and she said yes they do so I told her what happened and all I got was a blank stare(not a blizzard!) Iprobably would not have gave a bad review over that but had another bad experience last summer also. They had forgot my son'sburger (which I paid for)and we didn't notice till we got home so I drove back and after no apology I asked if they could giveus something for the inconvenience and they said just the burger! The one I already paid for! Then once I received the burger ithad onions and tomato which I ordered it without. I understand mistakes but they should take better care of their customers oncethey make one. Read more
