1:45 in the afternoon and they didn't have any Runzas. I went ahead and ordered burgers instead but I could have done that at... DQ or Burger King instead. Why do they think people go to RUNZA for? Pathetic. Read more
2nd time going this month and its just been all bad, first time the food was cold and they rang a combo meal up seperately to... charge me more ? still confused on that but keep the extra dollar i guess. then today i ordered a crispy chicken salad. thechicken and toast were stale and the lettuce smells and looks like its been sitting for a few days. tossed the whole thing.runza workers do better ????
