Every time I try to order delivery with the 2 for 6.99 coupon, I get an error message stating that they are changing my delivery... method to carry out. I have no idea why it does that. They have delivered to me in the past, and I only live about 1.5 milesfrom the store. If I wanted to pick it up, I would select carry out as a delivery method. Dry pizza lately, expect little sauce. A year ago, I gave this location 5 stars, but now, I drive further to pick up at another... Dominos. I don't know why, but this store was skimping on sauce for multiple consecutive orders. We called them out on it the2nd time it happened and the manager explained that it had more sauce when they made it, that the cheese soaked up the sauce.This phenomenon was news to me, as I was unaware that cheese now has such a physical property. They were kind enough to remakeour pizza, but our pizza was again dry and barely showing any evidence of sauce; we were foiled as the cheese was once againable to consume the sauce before we could. On our subsequent visit, the manager informed me that he sent evidence off (from ourpreviously returned pizza) to his district manager but that they confirmed the appropriate amount of sauce was on the pizza. (Atthis point, I realized that we must have been flagged as either not having reasonable expectations or for being skeptical aboutthis new nefarious cheese). Sadly, we were still unsatisfied with the pizza on this visit. We began to conclude that eithercheese was now the new enemy of sauce, or maybe the availability of sauce due to some supply chain reason or some pandemicrelated excuse was causing Dominos to alter their sauce quantity to a new low not seen since the dust bowl era. Our scientificapproach to this problem would lead us to other Dominos. Fortunately, we found that the Dominos further north at McKelvey doesnot have this same issue with dry, sauce challenged pizza. They must be using the good old normal cheese that doesn't absorb thesauce. So we'll be going there from now on when we crave some Dominos pizza. If I could do a 0 star i would. This is my first time getting pizza from this location & and I had pretty decent expectations... due to excellent service at other ones. I walked in to grab my order that was online and the day tonight on July 4th, around5pm, is making pizza BAREHANDED and touching everything BAREHANDED. No gloves in sight. Didn?t wanna give them a rough night dueto the holiday but I threw away the pizza right outside in the trash can. Absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. No one wantsfilthy hands all over their food; idk where her hands have been or if she?s washed them prior. Disgusting. 0/10 recommend thislocation just because for that. Read more
